Scott currently serves as the President and Chief Marketing Officer of On-Target Marketing, recognized as one of the top 25 Advertising and Design companies in Houston. Scott has worked in the advertising and marketing field for over 22 years, working for companies like FOX, CBS, New World Communications, Great American Broadcasting and The Yellow Pages. He has served in a variety of roles from Executive VP of Marketing & Sales, General Sales Manager, TV Editor, to Media Buyer and at the beginning of his career as a new business salesperson.
He credits his rise through the ranks to great training, invaluable mentorship from some of the industry’s elite leaders, and to an inquisitive fascination with business that began as he worked with every kind of business imaginable as a Yellow Pages rep early in his career. This pursuit of understanding only grew stronger over the years as he took on more strategic and leadership roles.
Over the years he has received numerous awards and recognition for his work. He’s crafted strategies and messages for some of the World’s largest advertisers and for small local start-up companies. His broad experience in advertising, marketing, production and sales provide the foundation for his insights and basis for the development of successful initiatives that are tailored to the specific needs of each client. Scott loves to dare people to “Think Different” an ability from which he credits his best work.

Tasha's ability to transfer her visions to all forms of media has often pleased clients beyond expectation. Her creativity and determination make every project a success and a rewarding experience at the same time.
Tasha began her career as a graphic artist 14 years ago. During her tenure as an Insourced Designer at a major corporation, her natural leadership capabilities propelled her on to Art Director roles for other well-known entities. Whether working with new companies or large multi-nationals, Tasha's fresh ideas, straight-forward manner and easy-going nature draw the best from her team members enabling OTM to continue to develop memorable and effective marketing initiatives.
A stickler for the details, Tasha continuously drives her team by offering new ideas, critiques and positive thinking. She engrains in each team member an appreciation for quality and creativity throughout every project. This training of her team and ingrained belief system ensure that every project delivers as planned and designed.
